The Humanity Direct Amersham Ultra is a one-day running and walking event at Dr Challoner's Grammar School, Amersham, Buckinghamshire on 7 March 2026. Distances available are:

Route, support and practical information

The start and finish are at Dr Challoner's Grammar School. Routes mainly follow footpaths and bridleways with a short road section and are marked with tape, paint and direction arrows. Checkpoints are provided at regular intervals: four for the 50 km ultra, two for the 25 km half ultra, and none on the 10 km route. Checkpoint locations include Great Missenden, Chesham and Chalfont St Giles.

Facilities include free parking at the school, toilets, showers and changing rooms, checkpoint food and water (bring your own cup), full medical cover on course, action photos after the event and a finisher's medal. The only compulsory kit items listed are a fully charged mobile phone and a minimum 500 ml of water.
