The Hotshot Half Marathon is a 14.5 mile trail event held in Camptonville, California, along Bullards Bar Reservoir. The course is primarily single track, with about 95% on single track trails and the remainder on mostly fire roads. The event is hosted by the Tahoe Hotshots and is presented as a fundraiser for a fallen firefighter and friend.

There are three fully stocked aid stations positioned along the route. These aid stations are hosted by local fire departments, Forest Service employees, and Camptonville community members. A taco truck will be available at the finish area and accepts cash and cards.
