Hotfoot 5K Trail Run

The Hotfoot 5K Trail Run is the 24th running of this event and takes place in South Kitsap Regional Park, Port Orchard, WA, at 2841 Lund Ave SE. The event offers two loop courses that run through wooded areas and pass park features.

The 5K course is a mostly flat, single loop that travels through woods and passes the SK Skate Park, Casey's Batting Cage, the kids playground, and Live Steamer trains. The 1 mile course is a flat, single loop that travels through wooded areas and runs adjacent to the SK Skate Park, park fields, and the Horse Shoe area.

Registration fees are listed as $25 for preregistration for the 5K and $15 for the 1 mile, with a day of race fee of $35 payable by cash or check only. T-shirts are available while supplies last for an additional fee; $25 pre event and $30 day of event.

The event is presented by the South Kitsap Fire Rescue Volunteer Association. Proceeds benefit a community scholarship and the public Fourth of July fireworks show.
