Horseshoe Bend OCR

The Horseshoe Bend OCR is an obstacle course race held near the famous namesake landmark in Page, Arizona. Participants navigate a course located adjacent to the scenic overlook, moving across terrain consisting of sand and slickrock. The course is approximately 7-8 miles long and features more than 20 obstacles. For the 2026 edition, the organizers are introducing five new obstacles to the route.

The event takes place on a rugged landscape that is typically restricted, providing a unique path through the desert environment of Northern Arizona. Participants receive a finisher medal and a race t-shirt upon completion. Water and fuel stations are positioned at the finish line to assist with recovery.

The race starts and finishes near Highway 89, with designated parking located at 708 Tunnel Access Road, across from the Maverik gas station. Due to the nature of the location and land use, registration for the event is limited to a specific number of participants.
