Antelope Canyon

Antelope Canyon Ultras - Page, Arizona

The Antelope Canyon Ultras is a multi-distance trail event held in Page, Arizona on March 7, 2026. Races start and finish at the Page Sports Complex and run across desert terrain that includes slickrock, sand washes, mesa rims, and multiple slot canyons. Course markings include flags, ribbons, and reflective tape for night visibility. Finalized maps and detailed course descriptions are distributed to participants before the event.

Courses and notable landmarks include Antelope Canyon, Sand Dune Canyon, Deer Canyon, Ligai Si Anii, Rams Head Canyon, Page Rim, Horseshoe Bend, and views toward Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and Bryce Canyon. The event uses marked aid stations that offer water, Gnarly Fuel2O, fresh fruit, soda, salty and sweet items, portable toilets, and additional supplies at longer aid stations such as electrolyte caps, sunscreen, and first aid. Drop bags are allowed for the 50 Mile and 55K distances with specific size and labeling rules.

Mandatory gear requirements include a working cell phone, a GPX-enabled device with the route loaded, and a headlamp for certain distances. Crew and pacer access varies by distance: crew and pacers are allowed for the 50 Mile, crew only for the 55K, and none for the 30K and Trail Half.
