Event Overview

The Antelope Canyon Ultras are scheduled for March 7, 2026, in Page, Arizona. The event offers several trail running distances set in the desert landscape of the Antelope Canyon area.

Distances

Participants can choose from the following courses:

  • 50 Mile
  • 55K
  • 30K
  • Trail Half Marathon

The 50 Mile and 55K courses are described as offering rugged solitude and passing through Page Rim and more than five slot canyons. These longer routes also provide views of landmarks such as Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase-Escalante, Zion, and an overlook of Horseshoe Bend. The 30K course follows Page Rim with views of the Colorado River and also includes an overlook of Horseshoe Bend. The Half Marathon course takes runners through the desert along Page Rim with views of the Colorado River.

Location and Logistics

The start and finish for all events is the Page Sports Complex located at 477 Haul Road in Page, Arizona. An expo and bib pickup will take place at the same location on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 12:00 to 17:00 local time.

Charity Participation

A Charity Bib option is available. Participants who choose this option commit to raising a minimum amount of funds for a nonprofit organization; in return, their registration fee is waived. The fundraising minimums are $1500 for the 50 Mile, $1250 for the 55K, and $1000 for the 30K and Half Marathon. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Mountain Sheep Canyon Run in Page, AZ features a 10 mile loop through Navajo sand and slot canyons with 850 feet of climb and a 5K lollipop loop with one water station, both following local Page, AZ time.

Trail races near LeChee Rock on Navajo Nation include a sandy half marathon with slot canyon sections and an 8 mile course; the event is cup-less, marked with ribbons and signs, and follows Page, AZ time.
