Antelope Canyon Ultras are multi-distance trail events held near Page, Arizona, on March 6, 2027. The courses traverse desert and canyon terrain, combining sandy jeep roads, exposed slickrock, technical singletrack, narrow slot canyons, steep climbs, ladders, cables, and short scrambles. Portions of the route pass through Navajo Nation land and notable features include Antelope Canyon, Owl Canyon, Deer Canyon, Ligai Si Anii, Marble Canyon, Horseshoe Bend viewpoints, and stretches along the Page Rim Trail and Vermillion View Trail.

Aid stations are fully stocked with water, electrolyte fuel, fresh fruit, and a mix of salty and sweet snacks; portable bathrooms are provided. Ultra aid stations include additional items such as salt caps, sunscreen, and basic first aid. The event uses a cup-free, refill-focused system; runners should plan to carry a personal hydration system or reusable cup.

Crew and pacer rules vary by distance: crew is permitted for 50M and 55K runners, while pacers are allowed for 50M runners only.
