Course, services, and rules
Courses run on technical sand and dirt trails and include sections of slickrock and mesa singletrack. Course landmarks named in the route information include Page Rim, Upper Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Deer Canyon, Ligai Si Anii, and views toward Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bryce Canyon. Several distances pass through slot canyons that involve ladders and narrow passages.

Drop bags are allowed for ultra distances with specific size and labeling rules and a required drop-off time the night before the race. Crew and pacer access rules vary by distance: the 55K allows crew, while the 50 Mile and 70K (where offered) allow crew and pacers; the 30K and Trail Half Marathon do not allow crew or pacers. Mandatory gear includes a working cell phone, a GPX-enabled device with the route, and a headlamp for most distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
