Hit the Trails 5K Run/3K Walk is a community race at the New Reforestation Camp – The Lodge Shelter in Green Bay, WI. The lineup includes a 5K timed run, a 3K walk, and a Cupcake Sprint for kids 7 and under, organized by the Howard-Suamico Optimist Club. The Lodge Shelter sits by the upper parking lot near the Adventure Course and the NEW Zoo entrance, offering a scenic, trail-style course through the camp grounds.

Proceeds benefit NEW Zoo Youth Programs, supporting health and happiness through sport. The event fosters a family-friendly atmosphere with multiple options for participants.
