The Cliff Runner 10K is an extreme trail running event held in Sherwood, Wisconsin, within High Cliff State Park. The challenging 10-kilometer course features mostly single-track trails with rocks, roots, boulders, and hills, offering over 500 feet of elevation gain. This race provides a true trail running experience through some of the park's most demanding sections.

Participants receive a Cliff Runner T-shirt, finisher's medal, and more. A portion of the proceeds supports the Purdy Nature Preserve at the Apple Creek YMCA. Runners must purchase a day pass for the state park unless they have an annual sticker.
