Highlands Running Festival - Bray Fields, Burradoo

The Highlands Running Festival is an inaugural running event at Bray Fields, Oxley College in Burradoo on Sunday 22 March 2026. The event offers multiple distances on fully pathed routes that follow the Bong Bong Common Track beside the Wingecarribee River.

The course uses riverside paths along the Bong Bong Common Track. All timed events are chip timed by Multisport Australia. Water stations supplying water and Tailwind Nutrition are located at specified kilometres: Half Marathon at 2, 4.7, 5.3, 8, 12.6, 15.3, 15.9 and 18.6 km; 10 km at 2, 4.7, 5.3 and 8 km; 5 km at 2 and 3 km.

Event services include a Southern Highlands themed finisher medal for each finisher, post-race snacks, sponsor giveaways and an online finisher certificate. A photographer will be on course and photos will be posted after the event. There will be pedestrians, cyclists and dogs on the shared paths; organisers advise attention to other path users and recommend avoiding earphones.

Practical notes: the event village is reachable by walking, cycling or car as there is no public transport on Sunday morning; parking is available at Oxley College and nearby streets. Race bibs are printed three weeks before the event and posted two weeks before; to have a name on a bib, registration must be completed at least three weeks before race day. There is no cut off for the 2 km, 5 km or 10 km and a 3.5 hour cut off for the Half Marathon. Sponsors include Tailwind Nutrition and Athelite.
