The Helvetia 10k Mountain Run is an annual trail race held in Helvetia, West Virginia, typically on the second full weekend of September. Now in its 26th year, the event celebrates the area's Swiss heritage by following parts of an original Swiss settlement trail through the heart of the mountain community. The course offers a scenic and authentic mountain running experience in southern Randolph County.

The race coincides with the Helvetia Fair, adding a festive atmosphere. Each year, the race shirt features a coat of arms from a different Swiss canton, highlighting the cultural connection. Runners can also participate in the Black-Hel Double by combining this race with the Blackwater Canyon Half Marathon. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
