Helvetia 10k Mountain Run takes place in Helvetia, West Virginia, in southern Randolph County, during the Helvetia Fair weekend. The race covers roughly 6.2 miles on country roads and trails, tracing a segment of an original Swiss settlement trail and winding through the center of the Swiss-inspired community. In addition to the 10k, organizers offer a non-competitive 2-mile walk and a kids run for those 10 and under.
