The Helvetia 10k Mountain Run is an annual trail race held in Helvetia, West Virginia, a small Swiss mountain community in southern Randolph County. Celebrating its 26th running in 2025, the event features a 6.2-mile course on country roads and trails that follow portions of an original Swiss settlement trail, passing through the heart of Helvetia. The race coincides with the Helvetia Fair, enhancing its authentic cultural atmosphere. In addition to the 10k run, there is a non-competitive 2-mile walk and a kids' run for children 10 and under.
