The HELP in Motion Trail Run takes place from October 1 to 31, 2026. The event raises awareness about domestic violence, honors lives lost, and supports survivors.

Event Details

Participants can choose from an in-person trail run or a virtual challenge. The in-person run is held at SnowKraft Nordic, near Cherry Hills Golf Course in Sturgeon Bay. It features three trail distances:

The course winds through SnowKraft Nordic's private wooded trails, which are typically used for skiing and biking. The 10K route includes rolling hills and singletrack.

Virtual Challenge

The HELP in Motion Virtual Challenge runs concurrently from October 1–31. Participants commit to collectively logging 110 kilometers (68 miles). Each kilometer is dedicated to one of the 110 victims of domestic violence who lost their lives in 2024. Participants can complete their miles by walking, running, or hiking anywhere they choose.
