2025 Hellbender Hustle (and Dragonfly Dash) is a 5-mile trail run/walk around Leaser Lake in Lehigh County, near New Tripoli, PA 18066. The event spotlights the Eastern Hellbender—North America’s largest salamander and Pennsylvania’s state amphibian—with a ~100-yard Dragonfly Dash youth sprint to start the morning. The loop traverses meadow, woodland, and streamside habitats with varying elevation, and features updated course marking.

Family activities include crafts, face painting, lawn games, and a bird-friendly coffee tasting table with Ambassador Animals (weather permitting). A halfway water station, refreshments, and prizes accompany a native-plant raffle, and Bryn Mawr Racing Co. times the race; events run rain or shine.
