Harriman Trail Runs is a trail race day held at Harriman State Park near Island Park, ID. The event offers multiple distances on courses that pass through forest and meadows, on gravel, two-tracks and pine-needle single track with views of the Teton Mountains and the local valley. The start and finish area is on the east lawn of the Boy's House.

Distances offered:

• Short: 1k / 0.6 mi Kid's Run (gravel loop through Railroad Ranch)
• Tall: 10k / 6.4 mi (Silver Lake Trail access)
• Grande: 25k / 15.3 mi (single loop)
• Venti: 50k / 30.6 mi (two loops of the 25k course)

There is one on-course aid station plus a start/finish station. Typical aid fare includes water, sports drink, cookies, chips, soda, candy and pickles. The event is cupless; participants must bring their own drinking vessel. All finishers receive a finisher medal. Prizes are awarded to the top three women and top three men in the Tall, Grande and Venti distances.

Participation is limited; a waitlist may be used if capacities are reached. Registration opens April 1 and closes August 10 at 11:59 PM MT. Minors require parental and race director permission to participate. Camping is not available inside the park; yurts and park buildings can be rented and other campgrounds and lodging are available within 5 to 45 minutes of the park.
