Gristmill Grind 10K

The Gristmill Grind 10K is a challenging trail race held annually at Franklin Creek State Park in Franklin Grove, Illinois. Known as one of the most difficult 10Ks in the area, the course features technical trails with approximately 800 feet of elevation gain, multiple hill climbs, and four creek crossings. Participants can also take part in a 1-mile walk along scenic forest and creekside trails.

The event supports the Franklin Creek Conservation Association, aiding park programs and improvements. Runners and "ruckers" compete for custom awards, and T-shirts are available for purchase.
