The Gribbin 10K is a challenging multi-terrain trail race held near Fowey, Cornwall, starting and finishing at Menabilly House. The 10-kilometer loop features steep climbs and varied terrain including coast paths, tarmac, meadows, and steps, offering scenic views along the route such as Gribbin Head and "Rebecca’s beach," inspired by Daphne Du Maurier’s novel. The course is well marshalled and signed to ensure safety. Open to runners aged 16 and over, the event supports the local community by donating a portion of proceeds to St Austell Foodbank.
