Great Bison Shuffle Half Marathon

The Great Bison Shuffle is a trail run and walk taking place on September 26, 2026 at the Terry Bison Ranch in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with Bighorn Racing listed as the event organizer. Proceeds from the event are designated to purchase exercise equipment for the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab programs at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation.

The course follows ranch and buffalo trails across prairie pasture. Terrain details include gentle rolling sections and a short rocky hill referred to as "The Terry Bison Incline." The route combines natural singletrack and open pasture with some elevation change and varied footing.

• Kids Run youth distance

All registrants in the Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and 2K Walk receive the official 2026 Great Bison Shuffle T‑Shirt while supplies last. A free post race breakfast is provided. Packet pickup is available the day before and on race morning. Volunteer roles are organized for race day; confirmed volunteers from the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center receive Personify Health Points and are provided a volunteer t‑shirt.
