Gold Coast Running Festival

The Gold Coast Running Festival takes place on 26 April 2026 at Cbus Super Stadium, Stadium Drive Robina. The event includes a range of race distances and multi-lap formats; participants are responsible for knowing the course and required laps.

Distances:

  • 3/4 Marathon, three laps
  • 1/2 Marathon, two laps
  • 10 km, one lap
  • 5 km, one lap
  • 2.5 km, one lap
  • 1 km, one lap

Race packets may be posted or collected during race week. A secure contactless bag storage area is provided at the Northern End of the internal concourse near Gate F; participants receive a numbered bag tag and are advised to leave belongings at their own risk. Every competitor receives a finisher’s medal on crossing the finish line.

Aid station details vary by event. The 10 km, 1/2 and 3/4 Marathon have aid stations available approximately every 2.5 km and toilets inside the stadium plus portaloos at a drink station; the 5 km has a drink station at 2.5 km. Special needs tables are at the near turn drink station, accessible around 10.5 km for those placing clearly identified items.

Pacers from the GaleForce Running Squad will be visible in yellow shirts for the 10 km, 21 km and 32 km events. Event photography will be taken on course and at the finish and made available after the event. Prams are permitted from the back of the field; pets are not allowed. Trail races over 13.2 km and 6.2 km through the Coombabah Lakes Conservation Area near Lakelands Road in Queensland. The event limits entries, provides on site medical support and finish line refreshments.

A trail running event in the Numinbah Valley offering distances from 4 km to 25 km. It is the opening round of the Triple Crown and includes free event photos and a collectible medal system.
