Gingerbread Run

The Gingerbread Run is scheduled for 28 December 2025 at Uffcott Farm, Uffcott, Swindon, Wiltshire SN4 9NB. The event is organised by Wroughton Whippets Running Club. The event is currently full. The course distance is 5 mile and is entirely off-road.

Event details

The course uses farm tracks and fields and includes mud and small undulating hills. The route is described as well marshalled and signed. Facilities on site include first aid, toilets, and refreshments. Hot soup, hot drinks and home made cakes are available for a small donation. There is a water and prosecco station at the halfway point.

Finishers receive an edible gingerbread medal and there are prizes for the winners. All profits are designated for Brighter Futures and the Lily Foundation. Entry opened on 10 November 2025 and closed on 26 December 2025. The advertised entry fee was £12.00. There are about 250 participants listed.
