The Gingerbread Run is scheduled for 28 December 2025 at Uffcott Farm, Uffcott, Swindon, Wiltshire SN4 9NB. It is organised by Wroughton Whippets Running Club. The event is currently full with 250 participants. The published entry fee was £12.00 and there will be no on-the-day entries. All profits are to be donated to Brighter Futures and the Lily Foundation.

Course and facilities

The event is a 5 mile off-road run across farmland. The course uses farm tracks and fields and includes mud and some small undulating hills. The course will be signed and marshalled, with a water and Prosecco station at the halfway point. First aid, toilets and refreshments will be available. Hot soup, hot drinks and homemade cakes will be offered for a small donation to the chosen charities. Finishers receive an edible gingerbread medal and there are prizes for winners.
