The Fred Torres Memorial 5K is the 12th annual charity race at Garrett Mountain in Woodland Park, New Jersey. The live event features a 5K run on a championship cross-country course and a 2-mile walk, with a virtual 5K option for remote participants. Family-friendly events include a Tot Trot and a 1/4 mile fun run.

The 5K is chip-timed; the 2-mile walk is not. Proceeds benefit the Fred Torres Memorial Fund scholarships for Clifton High School XC and T&F student-athletes, with awards for top overall, top alumni, and age groups, plus a perpetual alumni trophy.
