Fortitude Ultra - Pippingford

Nutley, United Kingdom • 28 Mar 2026

Event overview

Fortitude Ultra - Pippingford takes place on 28 March 2026 at Pippingford Park, Uckfield, TN22 3HW. The event is organised by Active Training World. The format is a ten-hour challenge in which participants aim to complete ten laps of a loop course. Entry is restricted to people aged 20 or over on the event date. The listed entry fee is £86 (GBP).

Distances:

  • ~3 mile loop
  • ~4 mile loop
  • ~5 mile loop

Course and rules

Each lap can include up to 700 ft (215 m) of elevation. The Red and Black courses are mostly on hard packed trail. The Blue course is shorter and includes more off-road trail; it may be completed by walking or running. Participants may move down to a shorter loop at any time, but they must complete all ten laps and return to the race village within each hour to continue. A failure to complete a lap and return within the hour prevents progression to the next hour. The finishing grade is based on the shortest loop completed, not on total distance covered.

Camping and facilities

Basic camping for tents and motor homes is available for the Saturday before the event, with one tent pitch allowing up to six people. Facilities are limited: there is no running water or showers, and portable toilets will be available. Participants must vacate the site by Sunday morning.
