The event takes place Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan on Vancouver Island. The format is a 5 km course featuring more than 25 obstacles. Listed obstacles and features include Electrolit Foamy Start, Chamber of Foam, Walls (x2), Slip n Slide (x3), Spider Web Forest, Turtle Hurdle, Log Roll, Hill Climb, Tire Hop, Foam Zone, Cargo Climb, DD Mega Slide, The Corkscrew and Electrolit Foamy Finish.
