The 5K Foam Fest - Vancouver Island, BC
This event takes place at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia on May 29, 2027. It is a 5K obstacle course fun run featuring more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and the course may be walked or run at participants' own pace. Children aged 6 and under may not run the course but have free access to a supervised kids zone. Participants must be at least 7 years old to run; ages 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while ages 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules.
