Event Information

The 5K Foam Fest is a fun run obstacle course of approximately 5 km. The event takes place on May 30, 2026 at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan on Vancouver Island.

The course features over 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and a significant amount of foam. All obstacles are optional, and participants can walk or run at their own pace. The event is open to participants aged 7 and up. Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

On-site, there is a festival area with music, local vendors, a free kids zone for children 6 and under, and a beer garden. Shower and change room facilities are provided. Registration includes a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a temporary tattoo, and a finish line photo.
