Event

The G3 run series is a trail running event held in the Surrey Hills around Newlands Corner, Guildford (GU4 8SE). The 2026 series lists events on 10 January, 31 January and 28 February 2026. Individual race options are available at the event and the organiser publishes entry places and series bundles. Entry prices listed are: 10 km £27 and 15 km £31, with bundle options of three races for £73 (3 x 10 km) and £84 (3 x 15 km). Prices exclude a service fee.

Course and logistics

The course runs on trails with varied terrain, including hills, mud, rocks, sand and sections of forest. The route includes tricky descents and road crossings. Participants are advised to be alert for horses, mountain bikers and dog walkers. Parking at the start line and event car park at Newlands Corner is free and parking marshals manage the car park. Toilets are available on site. If an event is postponed, entries are carried forward to the new date or can be transferred to another participant.
