FatShoe is a winter fat bike and snowshoe event on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Silver Star Mountain Resort (BX Creek / Knoll trail system) near Vernon, BC. Published early fees include solo entries at CAN $55 plus tax, team entries at CAN $105 plus tax, and children's entries at CAN $15 plus tax. Package pick-up is at Silver Star Mountain Resort Parking Lot E; racers must pick up their own package and show ID and complete the Silver Star waiver. Participants must supply their own fat bike and snowshoes; rentals are available at Sovereign Lake and Silver Star. The event enforces trail protection rules, mandatory minimum water carry (500 ml), and prohibits e-bikes. Aid stations, first aid at the start/finish, race marshals, and awards for top three male and female solo and team finishers are noted.
