Fast Bananas Trail Race at Serenbe

The Fast Bananas Trail Race takes place in Serenbe, a wellness community in Chattahoochee Hills about 45 minutes south of Atlanta, on November 14, 2026. The event uses the community trail network and lists course maps on Strava for download.

Race distances include:

  • 5k
  • 10k
  • 1 mile fun run for kids ages 5-12

The start and finish for all three races are located in front of the Serenbe pool on Promfield Road. Courses are marked with arrows and colored flags: pink for the 1 mile, yellow for the 5k, and blue for the 10k. Volunteers will be present on the course. Organizers advise being aware of surroundings while on trail sections.

Parking is available in a gravel lot on Promfield Road with volunteers directing traffic and posted signs. Directions from Hutchinson Ferry Road include turning onto Selbourne Lane by the farmhouse or inn, following the dirt road, and taking a right onto Promfield. Promfield Road will be closed from the Terra School to Serenbe Lane; residents are encouraged to walk when possible.

Packet pickup details are listed as to be determined, and race day pickup is reserved for those coming to Serenbe on race day. Dogs and strollers are not allowed on the course for safety and liability reasons. Everyone receives a finisher medal and a t-shirt if registered by November 1; 5k and 10k competitors are eligible for age group prizes. Overall and age group awards include gift cards.
