Farish Trail Race

Farish Trail Race is a trail event held at Farish Recreation Area in Woodland Park, Colorado on May 23, 2026. The event program includes multiple distances on local trails, with the 10K course used twice for the half marathon.

Distances include:

  • 1 Mile Kids Run (free)

Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K. The first 200 finishers across the event receive a limited edition race hat.

Packet pick up is scheduled at three times and locations: Thursday May 21, 10:00am to 3:00pm at USAFA Outdoor Recreation Center (5136 Eagle Dr, USAFA); Friday May 22, 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Farish Recreation Area; and on race day prior to the event at Farish Recreation Area. Base access identification is required only for the USAFA Outdoor Recreation Center packet pick up. The event itself is open to the public and does not require an ID check for access.
