Fall Back into the Trails Series

Fall Back into the Trails Series is a multi-distance trail running event held at Red Wing Recreation Area in Lagrangeville, New York. The event is organized by Conquer The World / C.T.W Endurance and includes on-course aid and support throughout the races.

Course formats and elevation notes: the 50k is run as five 10k loops with about 5,000 feet of total elevation gain. The 100k is run as ten 10k loops with roughly 1,000 feet of gain per lap. The 10k course has about 1,000 feet of elevation gain. Both the 50k and 100k are UTMB Index races.

Awards and services: awards are given to the top male and female finishers in each race. All finishers receive a finisher award and custom finisher medals. There is camping available in the park for 50k runners on the Saturday night before the race. The closest listed hotel is the Best Western Inn at the Falls, approximately 6.7 miles from the park. Part of the Shawangunk Runners summer series since 1974, the Blueberry Run in Kerhonkson features a 4.1 mile loop around Lake Minnewaska plus shorter kids races, with parking at Minnewaska State Park and no registration fee.
