The race holds a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA. Full FRA kit is required to pass the kit check. Skills listed for the event are ER, PM, LK, NS. Parking is available in the official race car park signed from the A591 at a cost of £3 per vehicle; parking at Rydal Hall or Lane is not permitted and will be policed. A Pete Bland Sports / inov-8 Lakes Grand Prix counter will be present.
