Route, kit and rules

This is a social run rather than a race; groups will regroup at various points and no participant will be left behind. Group size is kept manageable for safety. Headtorches are mandatory and trail shoes are required; other mandatory kit may be specified in the run brief. Dogs and under-18s are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. The event operates on a not-for-profit basis: fees first cover costs and any remainder is donated to a local charity. Entry is priced at £3 and a service fee applies (4% or minimum 50p). Refunds are given only on request and will not be issued for cancellations less than 24 hours before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
