The Barr Lake Trail Race takes place at Barr Lake State Park in Brighton, CO on Saturday, June 13, 2026. - 30K - 18.2 miles, two laps, aid stations: 3, elevation gain: 380 feet, time limit: 8+ hours
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles, two laps, aid stations: 3, gentle elevation (under 400 feet), time limit: 8+ hours
- 15K - 9.1 miles, one loop, aid stations: 1, elevation gain: 190 feet, time limit: 7 hours
- 5K - 3.3 miles, out-and-back, aid stations: 0, elevation gain: 40 feet, time limit: 6+ hours
The course is largely flat with less than 100 feet of elevation gain per loop as noted by the organizer. Crews may support runners at the finish line; pacers are not permitted. A designated area for drop bags is provided at the start/finish. The event is cupless; reusable cups are available for purchase or participants may bring their own.
