Emerald Mountain Trail Run

The Emerald Mountain Trail Run takes place in Steamboat Springs, starting at the base of Howelsen Hill. The event utilizes the single-track trail systems on Emerald Mountain, featuring paths lined with aspen trees. The 12k course is open to both runners and hikers. The event functions as a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club. The registration period opens in January and closes in early September.
