Continental Divide Trail Run
The Continental Divide Trail Run takes place in Steamboat Springs, CO on August 21, 2027. Races begin and end at the Steamboat Ski Area and use high elevation trails around the ski area and Long Lake.

- 5 Miler
The course runs through aspen and pine forests with views of the Yampa Valley. Most climbing for the 16 Miler and the 50K occurs in the first 7.5 miles. The 16 Miler has more than 3,500 feet of elevation gain and reaches a high point of 10,420 feet. The 50K has a rough estimate of 5,500 feet of elevation gain, with much of the distance at or above 10,000 feet, and continues to Long Lake. The 5 Miler climbs from the base to the Creekside Trail and back, gaining more than 1,000 feet in the first 2.5 miles.
