Course Details

The 10k course begins at 10,000 feet of elevation. It starts with an uphill section on US Forest Service dirt roads and a two-track trail. The route then transitions to a downhill section on single-track trail, finishing on a cross-country single-track. The total elevation gain and loss for the 10k are each approximately 1,200 feet. The organizer notes the actual distance is 6.8 miles. There is one aid station on the course, located roughly 3.4 miles into the 10k route. The 5k race does not have an aid station, and bringing your own water is highly recommended.
