El Vaquero Loco

The El Vaquero Loco trail run takes place in the Bridger Teton National Forest in Afton, WY, offering both 50K and 31K distances. The trail includes single/double tracks with high-mountain lakes, steep climbs, and stunning views of the Salt River and Wyoming mountain ranges. With nearly 9000 ft. of climb/descent for the 50K and 4500 for the 31K, this is a challenging wilderness race. Participants can expect five aid stations for the 50K and two for the 31K, with finish awards and prizes for the top 3 men and women in each race.
