Wyoming Range 100 : overview
The Wyoming Range 100 is a point-to-point endurance run held in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The event is scheduled for August 7-9, 2026, and runs from Middle Piney Lake to Box Y Ranch. The published distance is 108 miles with a 48-hour cutoff. Registration opens on February 1. The race is listed as a Hardock 100 qualifier and operates under a special use permit through the U.S. Forest Service.
Course and conditions
The course includes approximately 24,000’ of elevation gain, a maximum elevation of 11,378’ at Wyoming Peak, and an average elevation near 8,500’. Aid stations are spaced at roughly ten-mile intervals. The route follows the Wyoming Range National Recreation Trail for much of the distance and includes rough, disappearing trail in places. Participants should expect wilderness conditions that can include snow, lightning, and white-out weather, and the course passes through grizzly country.
