Wyoming Range 100-Mile Endurance Run
The Wyoming Range 100 is a long trail ultramarathon covering 105.7 miles on a point-to-point route through Bridger-Teton National Forest, running from Middle Piney Lake to Box Y Ranch. The course travels north along the Wyoming Range for about 80 miles before turning west into the Salt River Range.
The route includes approximately 24,000 feet of elevation gain and reaches a maximum elevation of 11,378 feet at Wyoming Peak. Runners must finish within a 48 hour cutoff. Aid stations are spaced at roughly 10 mile intervals and use a color code for crew access: green stations are open to crews, yellow stations allow crew access but have no volunteer present, and red stations are closed to crews. A GPX file and an interactive CalTopo map are available for navigation.
Entry is limited to 100 runners; a waitlist is maintained and there is no cost to join the waitlist. Organizers will provide Garmin tracking devices for participants. The event manual is the primary source for logistics and is subject to change based on post-winter trail conditions. The race operates under a special use permit from the United States Forest Service and lists Friends of Bridger-Teton as a stewardship partner. Finishers receive a commemorative buckle.
