Double Dipdab 2 - Camarthen Fans

Double Dipdab 2 is Day 2 of the Preseli Double Dipdab and is organised as a four hour score event on the Camarthen Fans. The event uses pre-marked waterproof maps and is intended for participants with navigational skills and significant fell running experience. Entry is by pre-entry with a fee of £10; this covers food, tea or coffee, and cake for all classes. The event is insured by WFRA and carries the classification BS/BM/AL.

Minimum age to enter is over 18. Juniors may participate only when accompanied by an adult. Safety requirements note that significant experience and navigation ability are required for competitors.

Run your own distance on a 7-hour timed course through Parc Taf Bargoed in South Wales. Choose from 5k to ultra on a flexible, scenic loop starting from Trelewis. Walkers and runners are welcome with staggered starts and full event support.

A 7 hour time challenge at Dare Valley Country Park offering distances from 3 km up to ultra and 50 km. Finishers receive a themed medal and distance pins, with aid stations and vegan options on course.

Trail races based in Brecon with circular routes through Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Options are 100 km, 75 km and marathon distances with marked junctions, multiple checkpoints, a compulsory kit list and GPS route files.

Cwmdu is a 15.9 km fell race near Crickhowell with 920 m of climb over Pen Tir and Mynydd Troed. The route requires navigation and mandatory kit; entry fees include tea and cakes.
