Course and terrain
Courses use a mix of single track and double track trails, gravel paths, rocks, roots, creeks and bridges. Double track sections are included to allow passing; the routes provide views of Kalamalka Lake and the Okanagan Valley. All distances start and finish at the beach.
Services and logistics
The event provides a professionally marked course, first aid and timing. Aid stations and finish-area support vary by distance: the 5 km has no aid stations on course but a stocked finish area; the 10 km has one aid station around 7.5 km; the 21 km has two aid stations at about 7.8 km and 18 km plus the finish. Race merchandise (shirts, hoodies, hats) is available for purchase using cash, debit or credit. Optional participant medals can be bought in advance or on race day.
Registration and pickup
