Trail running event at Kalamalka Provincial Park near Vernon, BC. All distances start and finish at the beach, with direct access to the lake at the finish. The listed entry fee range is $40 to $65.

Trails combine single track, gravel sections, rocks, roots, creek crossings and bridges. There are also double track sections to allow for passing. The course provides views of Kalamalka Lake and the Okanagan Valley.

The course is professionally marked and the event includes timing and first aid. Aid station arrangements depend on distance: the 5 km has no aid stations on course but a stocked finish area; the 10 km has one aid station on course; the 21 km has two aid stations on course and supplies at the finish. Prizes are awarded to the top three in each category for each gender and there will be a table of draw prizes.
