Event overview

Dirty Feet Trail Run - Race 3 takes place at Kalamalka Provincial Park near Vernon and Coldstream, BC on July 12, 2026. The event offers three distances:

• 5 km
• 10 km
• 21 km

All distances start and finish at the beach at the park. The event is presented by HOKA and lists additional sponsors including Starting Block and River City Nissan. HOKA demo shoes will be available at the event. Prizes are awarded to the top three in each category for each gender, and there will be draw prizes for participants.

Course and on-course services

Trails include single track and gravel sections with rocks, roots, creeks and bridges. There are some double track sections to allow passing. The finish area is at the lake and participants may access the water to cool off. The courses are professionally marked and the event provides timing and first aid. Aid stations: the 5 km race has no aid stations on course but the finish area is stocked; the 10 km race has one aid station at 7.5 km; the 21 km race has aid stations at about 7.8 km and 18 km plus the finish.

Logistics, fees and extras

Entry fees are listed between $40 and $65. Online registration closes July 11, 2026 and there is no race day registration. Race packages can be picked up at The Starting Block in Vernon on the two days before the event, with limited race-day pick-up available. Optional participant medals and event merchandise are available for purchase. Refunds are not offered; transfers to another 2026 event may be allowed with advance notice.
