The Dirty Dozen 5K and Fun Run is an obstacle mud run held at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons, North Carolina. This is the eighth annual edition and includes both a 5K course and a shorter Fun Run. Participants will encounter a series of obstacles that require strength, agility, and endurance.

The event offers several entry options with set registration fees and an open registration period early in the year. Registration opens on January 1, 2026 and closes on March 1, 2026. New medals are being introduced for 2026.
