Race details

Round 1 at Irchester offers three distances on the same loop course: 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km. The 5 km is one lap, the 10 km is two laps, and the 15 km is three laps. Round 2 at Brigstock offers single-lap options of 7.5 km and 15 km. The courses mix trails, paths, and roads and include a large hill near the start that can be muddy. There are signs and marshals on course. A water station is provided for the 10 km and 15 km races.
