Logistics and participant information

The run is led by a qualified guide and coach who is described as an experienced trail and ultra runner and a Salomon ambassador. The format is a group run rather than a race. Participants should be able to comfortably sustain an average pace of 10 minutes per mile on trail for prolonged periods. A full kit list is provided to attendees; Silva headtorches and Salomon trail shoes are available to trial. Sunset sessions are offered in the lighter months and run at dusk, while night sessions take place in darker months and use headtorches in a group setting. Parking is available at the venue.
