Dash in the Dark Race 1

This is a night fell race held at Llandegla Forest Visitor Centre, Ruthin Road, Llandegla, Wrexham, LL11 3AA. The course distance is 6.4 km / 4 mi with total climb of 229 m / 751 ft. The event is insured by WFRA.

A safety briefing takes place before the start. Compulsory kit includes a whistle, waterproof top, hat, gloves and a headtorch with a minimum of two hours good lighting. The course is described as partially marked. Minimum age for entry is over 16. Entry is accepted on the day only with a fee of £5.
