Aid and water stations will be provided, but only very small cups will be available, so runners are urged to carry their own water. Runners sensitive to insect stings or bites are advised to carry medication. Course rules prohibit headsets or earphones, bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades and pets. Runners under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to run an adult race. An 18:00/mile minimum pace will be enforced with a sweeper on the course. Series points, awards and limited-edition shirts follow KTC policies; series award eligibility requires KTC membership and volunteering. Results will be posted on the event results page.
