Dambuster Multi Terrain Run (approx 9K)

The event is an approximately 9 km multi terrain loop around Llys y Frân Reservoir at Llys y Frân Country Park & Reservoir, organised by TROTs. The course is undulating and uses a mixture of trail and country paths around the dam. The race is held under UK Athletics rules and is fully licensed by Welsh Athletics. A bespoke medal is awarded to finishers.

Support and safety measures include marshals along the route, a water stop and a tail runner or walker. The minimum age for entry is 15 years. Online entries are open and a discounted combined entry is available for three TROTs summer races, listed with their dates: Dambuster 31 May 2026, St Clears 10 and 5 miler 3 July 2026, and St Clears 10K 23 August 2026. Paid parking is available at the venue. The ticket offer period and prices vary; refunds are permitted up to seven days before the event.
