Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, finishing at Dale Hill Farm Campsite on cliff-top ground overlooking Milford Sound. Four distances are offered: 100-mile ultra (St Dogmaels to Dale, ~6,300m ascent), 50-mile ultra (Porthgain to Dale, ~2,850m), 50K ultra (St Davids to Dale, ~1,850m), and 22-mile trail (Newgale to Dale, ~1,150m).
