Pembrokeshire Coastal Races
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival taking place along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The event features four distinct distances that follow the coastline through rugged cliff tops, beaches, coves, and estuaries. The event base is located at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, which serves as the finish line for all race categories.
Participants can choose from four available distances:
- 100 Mile Ultra: Starts at St Dogmaels and finishes at Dale, with 6,300 m of total ascent.
- 50 Mile Ultra: Starts at Porthgain and finishes at Dale, with 2,850 m of total ascent.
- 50k Ultra: Starts at St Davids and finishes at Dale, with 1,850 m of total ascent.
- 22 Mile Trail Race: Starts at Newgale and finishes at Dale, with 1,150 m of total ascent.
All entries include coach transport from the event base at the finish line to the respective starting points. Specialized equipment, including GPS tracker hire, is provided for every runner. Onsite parking is included in the registration fee for all participants.
For the 100 mile and 50 mile distances, two nights of camping (Friday and Saturday) are included in the entry price. Runners participating in the 50k and 22 mile races have the option to add camping for an additional fee. The event base supports a festival atmosphere with camping and parking available for non-competitors and families. Minimum age for registration is 18 years.
