Event HQ is at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, a former RAF airfield. The base includes camping for competitors and families, space for caravans and motorhomes, an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, onsite parking and a cliff-top finish area.
All routes follow the waymarked Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path. The event is self-navigation but competitors receive a GPS trace and the route has extra markers, marshals and flags at tricky sections. Checkpoint numbers vary by race: 12 for the 100 mile, 7 for the 50 mile, 5 for the 50K and 3 for the 22 mile. Coach transport from the finish to the starts, parking and GPS tracker hire are included; camping is included for the 100 and 50 mile entries and is available as an extra for the shorter races. The event provides regular checkpoint refreshments, emergency first aid cover, race safety teams, route maps and free race photography.
