Pembrokeshire Coastal Races (5–7 June 2026)
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races are a multi-distance trail and ultra running event on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path, finishing at Dale Hill Farm Campsite near Milford Sound. The event base at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX) includes camping, toilets and showers, an event marquee, food and drink vendors, event parking, and a cliff-top finish area. The minimum age to enter is 18.
Routes, services and entry details
Distances offered:
- 100 mile - St Dogmaels to Dale, 160 km, 6,300 m ascent
- 50 mile - Porthgain to Dale, 80 km, 2,850 m ascent
- 50K - St David’s to Dale, 50 km, 1,850 m ascent
- 22 mile - Newgale to Dale, 35 km, 1,150 m ascent
All routes follow the marked Coast Path and are self-navigation with a provided GPS trace and interactive maps. Checkpoints and drop bags:
- 100 mile: 12 checkpoints, 3 drop bags
- 50 mile: 7 checkpoints, 1 drop bag
- 50K: 5 checkpoints
- 22 mile: 3 checkpoints
Coach transport from the finish to the start is included for competitors. GPS tracker hire, regular checkpoints with refreshments, race safety teams and first aid cover are provided. Entry fees listed in the event information are: 100 mile £160, 50 mile £99, 50K £60, 22 mile £45. Camping is included for the 100 and 50 mile entries; camping for shorter races is optional.
