Pembrokeshire Coastal Races
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races take place along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path, finishing at a cliff-top event village and campsite at Dale. The routes pass cliff tops, secluded coves, beaches and estuaries and are point-to-point trail races with published time limits and course closures.
Distances and routes include:
- 100 mile Cardigan to Dale, 160 km, 5,850 m ascent.

The campsite offers space for caravans and motorhomes and access to nearby bays.
All routes follow waymarked coast path signs and are supported with GPS files and an interactive map. Races use regular checkpoints with refreshments; counts are 12, 7, 5 and 4 respectively for the 100 mile, 50 mile, 50 km and marathon. Entry provisions include GPS tracker hire with live tracking, route maps, on-course safety and first aid cover, and finishers awards for certain distances.
