Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival held 5-7 June 2026 at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, SA62 3QX. All routes follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path and finish at the campsite on the cliffs. The event base includes camping, an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, event parking and a clifftop finish. Entries for competitors open 1 August 2025 and close 29 May 2026. The minimum competitor age is 18.

Races and course details

  • 100 mile - St Dogmaels to Dale, 6,300 m ascent
  • 50 mile - Porthgain to Dale, 2,850 m ascent
  • 50K - St David’s to Dale, 1,850 m ascent
  • 22 mile - Newgale to Dale, 1,150 m ascent

Checkpoints: 12 for the 100 mile, 7 for the 50 mile, 5 for the 50K and 3 for the 22 mile. The 100 mile race allows 3 drop bags; the 50 mile allows 1 drop bag.

Entry, services and navigation

Entry fees listed are £160 (100 mile), £99 (50 mile), £60 (50K) and £45 (22 mile). Coach transport from the finish to the starts and parking are included for all competitors. GPS tracker hire is provided for all races. The 100 mile and 50 mile entries include two nights camping; 50K and 22 mile entries do not include camping but camping can be added for an extra fee. Routes are well marked with Coast Path signs; competitors also receive a GPS trace. Optional extras and spectator charges are available for camping, parking and event merchandise.
