Event overview
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races take place 5-7 June 2026 with event HQ at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX). All courses follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path and finish at the cliff-top campsite at Dale. The event base includes camping for competitors and families (caravans and motorhomes welcome), an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, event parking, and a cliff-top finish overlooking Milford Sound.
Routes are waymarked using the Coast Path signs and additional race markers where needed. The event is self-navigation but competitors receive a GPS trace; interactive maps and a GPS file are available. A compulsory kit list applies. Checkpoint numbers vary by race and event safety teams and first aid cover are provided.
Races, entries and logistics
- 100-mile - St Dogmaels to Dale, 160 km, 6,300 m ascent, 12 checkpoints
- 50-mile - Porthgain to Dale, 80 km, 2,850 m ascent, 7 checkpoints
- 50K - St Davids to Dale, 50 km, 1,850 m ascent, 5 checkpoints
- 22-mile - Newgale to Dale, 35 km, 1,150 m ascent, 3 checkpoints
Coach transport from the finish to the start and parking are included for all competitors; GPS tracker hire and tracker coverage are included. The PCP 100 and PCP 50 entry fees include two nights camping; camping for the 50K and 22-mile races can be added. Entries open 1 August 2025 and close 29 May 2026. Minimum age is 18.
