Event overview
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races take place from 5 to 7 June 2026 with event HQ at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX). All routes follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path and finish at the cliff-top campsite in Dale. The HQ includes camping for competitors and families, toilets and showers, an event marquee, food and drink vendors, event parking, and a finish area on the cliffs overlooking the coast.
Entries open 1 August 2025 and close 29 May 2026. Minimum age to enter is 18. GPS files and route maps are provided. A compulsory kit list applies and may vary with conditions.
Races and practical information
Distances and reported ascent:
- 100-mile - St Dogmaels to Dale; 160 km / 6,300 m ascent
- 50-mile - Porthgain to Dale; 80 km / 2,850 m ascent
- 50K - St Davids to Dale; 50 km / 1,850 m ascent
- 22-mile - Newgale to Dale; 35 km / 1,150 m ascent
Coach transport from the finish to the start and parking are included for all races. GPS tracker hire is included with entries; the 100 mile and 50 mile entries include two nights camping. Checkpoint counts: 12 (100 mile), 7 (50 mile), 5 (50K), 3 (22 mile). The 100 mile race allows three drop bags and the 50 mile one drop bag.
