Pembrokeshire Coastal Races

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival held along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The event features multiple distances that traverse a National Trail characterized by cliff tops, beaches, coves, and estuaries. The event base is located at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, which serves as the finish line for all distances.

Participants can choose from four distinct distance options:

  • 100 Mile Ultra: A route from St Dogmaels to Dale featuring 6,300m of ascent.
  • 50 Mile Ultra: A course from Porthgain to Dale with 2,850m of ascent.
  • 50K Ultra: A coastal route starting in St Davids and finishing in Dale with 1,850m of ascent.
  • 22 Mile Trail Race: A route from Newgale to Dale with 1,150m of ascent.

Entry fees include coach transport from the finish area in Dale to the respective starting points for all competitors. The registration for the 100 mile and 50 mile categories also includes parking, two nights of onsite camping on Friday and Saturday, and GPS tracker hire. For the 50k and 22 mile distances, the entry covers the race, coach transport, parking, and GPS tracker hire, with camping available as an optional add-on.
