Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival held 5-7 June 2026 at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX). The event takes place on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a designated National Trail, with all races finishing at the cliff-top campsite in Dale. Minimum age to enter is 18. Entries open 1 August 2025 and close 29 May 2026. Coach transport from the finish to the start is included for all competitors.

Distances

  • 100 mile - St Dogmaels to Dale; 6,300 m ascent.
  • 50 mile - Porthgain to Dale; 2,850 m ascent.
  • 50K - St Davids to Dale; 1,850 m ascent.
  • 22 mile - Newgale to Dale; 1,150 m ascent.

Race services and logistics

All routes follow the marked Pembrokeshire Coast Path and competitors receive a GPS trace. Checkpoint counts are provided: 12 for the 100 mile, 7 for the 50 mile, 5 for the 50K and 3 for the 22 mile. The 100 mile entrants have three drop bags; the 50 mile entrants have one drop bag. GPS tracker hire, coach transport and parking are included in race entries; the 100 mile and 50 mile entries include two nights of camping. Optional camping and spectator parking are available for additional fees.

Event base and facilities

Event HQ at Dale Hill Farm Campsite includes camping areas, an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, event parking and a cliff-top finish overlooking the coast.
