Dalmeny Halloween Trail Half
The Dalmeny Halloween Trail Half is a trail running event on 31 October 2026 around Dalmeny Estate and nearby Cammo Nature Reserve, near South Queensferry and Edinburgh. The route combines woodland, riverside paths and farm tracks and includes modest undulations of under 1,000 feet total ascent.
The race distance is 13.1 miles / 21.1 km, with an age limit of 17 years and older on race day. Entry is limited to around 350 participants. The course is waymarked and supported by marshals, with first aid provision on the route.
Timing and finish services include chip timing and a finisher's medal for all participants. Prizes are awarded to the first male and female in each age category. Event merchandise such as t-shirts and hoodies is available to pre-order or buy on the day. Refreshments include a buffet and hot drinks at the finish area.
