Coventry Woods Trail Running Festival
The festival takes place on June 28, 2026 at Coventry Woods Park in Pottstown, Pennsylvania and is organized by the Big Woods Running Club, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes trail running in the Hopewell Big Woods area.
Races offered:
- 5K
- 10K
- 3 Hour timed event
- 6 Hour timed event
- 6 Hour Relay teams of 2 or 3 runners
The 3 Hour, 6 Hour, and 6 Hour Relay use the 10K loop. Trails are mostly single track with some rocks and roots. The 10K loop has 850' of elevation gain and the 5K has 450' of elevation gain.
Two aid stations are provided. The main aid station near the start and finish will offer food and drinks. A second aid station is a water table at the halfway point of the 10K loop. The 5K has water at its halfway point. Participants in the 3 Hour and 6 Hour events may set up personal pit stations that are accessible along the course adjacent to the start and finish area.
Registration fee schedule listed by the organizer includes early rates through May 11 and higher rates thereafter through June 27, with an additional $10 charge on race day. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrants by June 14 while supplies last. Camping is not available at Coventry Woods Park.
Age group awards are provided in standard 10 year bands from 19 and under through 70 plus, with overall male and female awards and top three age group awards in each race. Relay awards are given for Open and Women divisions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
