Conquer the Coulee

Conquer the Coulee is an obstacle course race in Medicine Hat at Kin Coulee Park on May 16, 2026. The event is organized by Union Races and includes both competitive heats and non timed family heats.

Competitive heats will award podium places for the top three finishers (1 to 3) in each age group, separated by male and female categories. Age groups are 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.

Non timed family heats provide an option for individuals, families, or groups that prefer to complete the course without the structured rules of the competitive heats. These heats use the same course but do not feature official timing.

Registrations completed before May 10 will receive an event finisher shirt. Registrations after that date will not receive the finisher shirt. No additional logistical details or start times are provided here. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
