Trail Running calendar near Medicine Hat 2026-2027

Union Trail Run at Kin Coulee Park on May 17 2026 features 5K and 10K courses across trails, paths, hills and cross country. All competitors are timed and receive medals with age group awards in seven categories.

Be part of the first ultra marathon in Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. This roughly 50 km event can be run solo or as a team of two, set in a landscape over 1400 metres high.

On July 19, 2026 at Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Elkwater AB, enjoy trail runs of 5 km and 10 km and an approximately 10 km mountain bike race through Cypress Hills Provincial Park with medals and age group awards.

A 5 km and 10 km run at Police Point Park in Medicine Hat on Oct 17 2026. The event is officially timed, awards medals to all finishers, and encourages participants to wear costumes before Halloween.
