Conquer The Canuck

Conquer The Canuck is a trail running event held at the Shades Mills Conservation Area in Cambridge, Ontario. Recognized as the city's longest trail race, the event offers a variety of distances designed around a 6.25 km loop.

The event features several sub-events catering to different endurance levels:

  • 12.5 km: Consisting of 2 loops of 6.25 km.
  • 25 km: Consisting of 4 loops of 6.25 km.
  • 50 km: Consisting of 8 loops of 6.25 km.
  • 12 hour: An individual endurance challenge.
  • 12 hour relay: A team-based version for groups of 2 to 4 runners.

Participants have access to on-site snacks during the event. The race also serves as a fundraising platform for KidsAbility. Registration policies allow for bib transfers to another individual up to five days before the event.
