Colt 45 Trail Run, staged by A1 Ultra Events, is held at Colt Creek State Park in Lakeland, Florida. Four distances are offered: Colt Double Malt (60 miles, four 14‑mile loops plus a bonus loop), Original Colt 45 (45 miles, three 14‑mile loops plus a 3‑mile starter loop), Colt Silver (45K, two 14‑mile loops), and Colt Mini (14 miles). The trail course runs on park trails and remains open for the day to accommodate all distances.
