Colorado Mountain Half+ Series 2026

The Colorado Mountain Half+ Series is a multi-event series organized by HAL Sports and held at multiple Colorado locations in summer and early fall 2026. The series comprises four half marathons and one 25K for a total listed distance of 67.9 miles. Local nonprofit organizations run each event and support youth programs in their communities.

Race courses vary by location. The Estes Park Half Marathon is part of the Estes Park Marathon weekend and passes town landscapes near Rocky Mountain National Park. The Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half Marathon is a mostly downhill and fast course beginning at Georgetown Lake. The Mt. Sneffels Half Marathon follows a declining route through mountain valleys. The Ned Ned Half Marathon runs mostly on trails in national forest areas with Barker Reservoir as a backdrop. The Lead King Loop 25K (15.5 Miles) highlights fall colors and includes post-race BBQ and beer for participants 21 and older.

The series is offered as selectable packages: 3-event, 4-event, or the full 5-event option. Current listed entry fees for the series packages are $274.81 for a 3-pack, $360.41 for a 4-pack, and $440.65 for the 5-event series. Events take place between June 21 and September 13, 2026.
