The Cirque Series race at Killington, Vermont takes place on June 27, 2026. The course distance is 8.2 miles with 3,010 ft of elevation gain. The event is capped at 700 entries and includes the following divisions: Sport, Expert, Pro, and Volunteer. A National Forest fee of $2.00 applies. Timing uses a disposable chip on the back of the race bib. Packet pickup is available the day before and at the race venue, K1 Lodge. The course is located in the Green Mountain National Forest.

Course and rules

The counter clockwise route starts at the base of the K-1 Gondola and visits three of Killington Resort’s six peaks, including Snowden Peak (3,592 ft) and Killington Peak (4,242 ft). Aid Station #1 is near mile 3.16 and Aid Station #2 is near mile 6.6. The finish returns to the K1 base area. The final climb, Needle's Eye, is described as a quarter mile with a 45% grade, followed by a descent on Bittersweet. Hydration is provided at two aid stations and the finish. The course is described as steep, rocky, grassy, wet and slippery; orange flagging marks the route. Every competitor is subject to a strict cut-off at Killington Peak summit, after which a competitor may be removed from the course and taken down by chairlift.
